Shipping Methods
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are shipped within 1 day from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company/post office norms.
Liability Disclaimer
Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authority.
Delivery Address
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.
Shipping Costs
If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case may be), the same is not refundable.

Order Daily Needs services
Delivery windows and shipping terms per Daily Needs service:
Meat (chicken · mutton)
Delivery window 07:30 – 17:30 IST. Booking fee ₹100 (chicken) / ₹300 (mutton) charged upfront via Cashfree, adjusted from the final invoice. Item prices are confirmed after weighing at the shop.
Meat delivery is subject to availability — if we cannot source your order within business hours, the entire booking fee is refunded within 3 working days.
Groceries
₹100 booking fee at order placement, adjusted from the final bill. Balance is Cash on Delivery. If an item is out of stock, we substitute the nearest match or refund the fee.
Bike Taxi
Fare is ₹5/km, minimum ₹25. No prepayment — fare is paid in cash after the ride ends. Cancellation before the partner enters the OTP is free; once the ride starts, minimum-fare applies.
Pickup & Drop
₹5/km (min ₹25) for files, keys and small parcels. Prohibited items include cash, valuables, alcohol, hazardous goods and perishables. Foodkey isn't liable for undeclared valuables.
